Follow these simple tips and stop anxiety in its’ tracks:
1.Stop and breath. Listen to your breath in and out, count your breaths.
2.Examine how you feel in the body. Do you have neck ache, stomach knot, headache?
3.Did anything happen? What may have triggered the feeling?
4.Remind yourself this is a feeling not a fact.
5.Can I think through why am I so anxious? Can I close my eyes and feel less anxious and reduce stress? Can I go for a walk or listen to music to feel less anxious?
